About Us
Welcome to the world of Swarm Wars, the lead bug-battling trading card game. In this 2-player, thrilling and educational game, direct swarms of invertebrates to destroy your opponent’s nest, while ensuring the survival of your nest and the armies it provides for. Each card includes detailed pixel art, fun facts, and traits that can affect the tide of battle while representing the behaviours of the real insects and arachnids these cards are based on.
From a young age, I have been obsessed with both insects and card games, ranging from Magic: The Gathering to Pokémon. Soon, i began to search for a card game focused on invertebrates but had little luck. This has inspired me to take up the task, and create a game that i would be (and currently am) obsessed with.
This trading card game has been created to educate and inform players about the amazing invertebrates that inhabit our natural world, while also providing thrilling gameplay.
